Boil and purée a small beetroot along with sugar
Froth cold milk with a pinch of cardamom powder (you may use hot milk too)
Layer the glass first with the beetroot purée and then with the milk mixture.
You can add a scoop of icecream to it..(optional)
Sip and enjoy
Make sure they are fresh and doesn’t have too much earthy smell,do not use the ones that has been lying up in ur fridge for ages😁
