For Paneer Gravy:
Ghee – 2tsp
Green chilli – 4
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Cashew nuts-1/2 cup
Garam Masala- 1 tsp
Paneer Cubes- 1 cup
Salt – to taste
For Ghee Rice:
Ghee- 1 tsp
Rice -1 cup ( Jeerakashala)
Chana dal- 1 tsp
Boiling water- 2 cups
Salt- to taste
Paneer Gravy Preparation:
In a hot pan add 1 tsp ghee
Add and saute onion, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, cashew nuts.
Add garam masala,Salt & mix well.
Now blend the mixture with 2 tsp curd.
In same pan add 1 tsp ghee then add blended gravy into it stir well.
When it starts to bubble add paneer cubes then mix well.
Lid on & cook fo 5 mins. When the gravy is done keep aside.
Ghee Rice Preparation:
In a hot pan add ghee, Chana dal – Rice and roast it together.
Add salt and when rice becomes hot add boiling water and mix well.
Place the lid on and cook on low flame until the rice is cooked.
In a baking dish apply some butter
Layer rice and add paneer gravy as 2nd layer.
Add 2 tsp of butter on top and bake on 180 C for 10 mins.
